Described as having an “emo cowboy aesthetic” by track producer Evan Geiger, “Candyland” is a culmination of guitarist Conor Lee’s musical past and present. While navigating a paralyzing period of burnout, Conor was on a quest to fall back in love with music again. Desperate for a remedy, Conor began to revisit the music from his formative years and was able to rediscover what made him want to become a guitarist all over again. Candyland is a unique sonic playground where alternative rock, spaghetti western, EDM, and jazz harmony meet in a unified coexistence. Spooky, adrenaline-fueled, and child- like, “Candyland” is a place we go to feel like a kid again.
